| IWHS Sample Senior Packet | Each Senior at IWHS receives a packet of information specific to them informing them of their graduation status, college and testing options, along with much more. The link on the left takes parents to a sample copy of this booklet. |
| Non-School Transportation from District Sponsored Events Authorization/Release | This form is used to permit parents to authorize their student to be transported from certain school and/or extra-curricular events by persons the parents have approved in writing with respect to that event. This form MUST BE SIGNED IN THE PRESENCE of a school official as noted on the form. |
