Applications for National Honor Society are available by clicking here.
Since membership into the National Honor Society is based upon Leadership, Scholarship, Character, and Service, applicants MUST have documentation of meeting these NHS ideals. Leaving an application section blank automatically disqualifies an applicant. All applicants must be a sophomore, junior or senior at Illini West High School, and must have a minimum 3.25 GPA. If you want your application to be taken seriously by the Faculty Council, plan to type or print in ink, proofread, spell check, and ensure that your application is neatly done! It represents you!

Applications are due back in its entirety (including character recommendations) to Mrs. Twaddle by noon on Friday, April 15, 2011.
