Student Recognition

STUDENTS OF THE MONTH Each month a male and female student will be chosen as Student of the Month. Nominations will be made by the Faculty of IWHS based on the following criteria: attitude, academic standing, work ethic, leadership, character, effort and extra-curricular involvement. From these nominations the two students will be chosen.

HONOR ROLLS Students receive three types of recognition: High Honors -- those with a grade point average for the quarter of 3.75-4.00. Honors -- those with a grade point average for the quarter of 3.5 to 3.749. Honorable Mention -- those with a grade point average for the quarter of 3.0 to 3.499.

PERFECT ATTENDANCE Perfect attendance means the student was present during all periods every day for the entire quarter (except school related absences) with no tardies.
