| Fee Schedule for 2009-2010 | This page sets out information regarding books fees, athletic contest charges and meal costs. |
| Non-School Transportation from District Sponsored Events Authorization/Release | This form is used to permit parents to authorize their student to be transported from certain school and/or extra-curricular events by persons the parents have approved in writing with respect to that event. This form MUST BE SIGNED IN THE PRESENCE of a school official as noted on the form. |
